As the IT Manager for Ingleton Wood, my role is to ensure staff have access to the digital tools and technology they need to deliver the best possible service to our clients. My objective is to make technology accessible to those want to embrace it, and invisible to those who don’t. Working with members of the Digital Delivery user group, I facilitate the use and adoption of digital technologies from various venders including AutoDESK, BIM360 and Egnyte. I have spent the last decade working with business leaders on the IT provision within their organisations, or as part of the services offered to clients. As part of my studies towards an MSc in Digital and Technology Solutions degree, specialising in Enterprise Architecture, I have become fascinated in the role IT can play within the business, and how it can be leveraged to not only facilitate, but drive growth. I have worked in the Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, MSP, and Media industries working with users all over the world and across multiple digital services and platforms.
