Ravi Chopra, our Chief Financial Officer, brings more than twenty-five years of experience in strategy, financial planning, accounting and investor relations. Ravi leads our finance team including financial strategy and planning, accounting, tax and investor relations. Prior to joining Egnyte, Ravi worked at BugCrowd where he led the company's financial strategy and SonicWall, a cybersecurity company he helped create as an independent company post divestiture from Dell. Prior to joining SonicWall, Chopra held finance positions at Juniper, Cisco Systems, Deloitte Consulting and Lazard, a leading financial advisory and asset management firm. Chopra earned his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, a master’s in Finance from Delhi University, and a bachelor’s in Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi University, India.
